  1. Come in through any entrance.
    Any door of the mall works. The building has basement parking.
  2. Take the lift to Level 6.
    Press 6 and ride up.
  3. Follow our poster.
    Step out of the lift and you will see our poster pointing you to Shop PI-53.

Before you come

  • Monday to Saturday: walk-ins welcome, no appointment needed.
  • Sunday: by appointment only, 12:30pm to 4:30pm. Message us on WhatsApp first so we are expecting you.
  • Bring your phone. You get the price before any work starts, and every repair carries a 60-day warranty.
  • Time needed: most screen replacements take about 45 minutes and battery replacements about 30 minutes.
  • Parking: the building has basement parking.

Questions before you visit

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday. On Sunday we see customers by appointment only (12:30pm to 4:30pm), so message us on WhatsApp first.

Where exactly are you in the mall?

We are on Level 6 of New Pioneer Mall Building, Shop PI-53. Take the lift to Level 6 and follow our poster as you step out.

Which entrance should I use?

Any entrance works. Head for the lift and go to Level 6.

Is there parking?

Yes. The building has basement parking.

I am not in Kampala. Can I still get a repair?

Yes. We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in Uganda.
