Can you recover photos from a dead phone?
Often yes, when the fault can be repaired well enough for the phone to start. We cannot promise it before diagnosis, but we tell you honestly once we have looked at the phone.
Can you recover data from a water-damaged phone?

What if I forgot my passcode or Apple ID?
Tell us about it on WhatsApp before you come in. Your data is protected by your passcode and account, so the options depend on your device and situation.
How can I protect my data in future?
Turn on iCloud Backup on an iPhone or Google backup on Android, and check it runs on Wi-Fi. A backup means a broken phone costs you a repair, not your photos.
