Price first, always. No work starts until you agree.
Panic and restart faults need a diagnosis first, so the price depends on what is failing. You get a firm price before any repair starts. Starting prices for the common parts are on our repair prices page.
What we check and repair
A panic log is a clue, not a diagnosis. We use it to decide what to test first.
- The panic log itself, read from Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics Data
- Battery health and the battery flex cable
- Charging port flex and its connector
- Sensor and camera flex cables (a “missing sensor” entry points here)
- Storage and power chips on the board, repaired by micro-soldering where needed
- Water or drop damage hiding under the shields

Questions people ask
What is an iPhone panic log?
When iOS crashes hard it restarts the phone and saves a report. You can see it under Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements, Analytics Data, in files that start with “panic-full”. The text often points to the part or circuit that failed.
Can you fix an iPhone that keeps restarting by itself?
In most cases yes. A restart loop can come from the battery, a flex cable, a sensor or a chip on the board. We find the real cause first, so you only pay for the repair that is needed.
Is a random restart always the battery?
No. A weak battery is common, but a damaged charging flex, sensor cable or a board fault can cause the same symptom. That is why we read the log and test before replacing anything.
Will I lose my data?
Most panic repairs do not touch your data. If the fix is on the board we tell you before we start if there is any risk, so you can back up first where possible.
Can I send the panic log before I come in?
Yes. Send a screenshot of the log on WhatsApp together with your iPhone model and we will give you a first opinion. The exact price is confirmed after a quick check in the shop.
