  • Back up your photos and chats, then sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My iPhone.
  • Bring the charger and box if you still have them.

Yes. Tell us the condition honestly in the form. The offer reflects it, and we confirm it when we inspect the phone. Sometimes a quick repair first raises what the phone is worth, so ask us.

Do you take Android phones?
