What does “UK used” mean?
UK used phones were first used in the UK and then imported. We test each one and grade its condition (A, B or C) before it goes on sale.
What does the 3-month warranty cover?
Every phone comes with a 3-month warranty from the day you buy it. If a fault appears that is not caused by drops, liquid or misuse, bring the phone back and we fix or replace it.
What do Grade A, B and C mean?
Grade A is like new with no visible marks. Grade B is in good condition with light signs of use. Grade C is fair, with visible scratches or small dents. All grades work fully and have the same warranty.
Can I see the phone before I pay?
Yes. Come to New Pioneer Mall, Level 6, Shop PI-53 and try the phone before you pay. You can also ask us on WhatsApp for photos and the battery health.
Is the price on the card final?
Prices depend on the model, storage and grade, and stock changes often. We confirm the exact price and availability with you on WhatsApp before you pay. Cards that say “Price on request” are priced when you message us.
Can I trade in my old phone toward one of these?
Yes. We quote your old phone on WhatsApp, and its value is credited toward the device you buy. See trade-in.
How can I pay?
We accept mobile money (MTN and Airtel), cash and card. We confirm the price with you before you pay.
Can you deliver a phone to me?
We offer pickup and delivery within Kampala. Message us on WhatsApp with your location and we will confirm if we cover your area and the delivery fee. We can also send phones by courier within Uganda.
