Questions people ask
What is the difference between genuine and aftermarket?
Genuine parts are original-grade and cost more. Aftermarket parts are compatible replacements at a lower price. Choose “Both” and we quote the two so you can compare.
Do you sell to technicians and repair shops?
Yes. Choose “Technician or repair shop”, add every line with its quantity, and send it. We reply with prices for the whole list.
Is the price shown before I order?
No. Prices change with the model, the quality and the stock, so we reply on WhatsApp with the exact price for each line before you pay.
Can you deliver parts to me?
We offer pickup and delivery within Kampala, and we can send parts by courier within Uganda. Choose how you want to get it and we confirm the fee on WhatsApp.
What if I do not know the exact model?
Type what you know, such as “iPhone 13”, and add a note. You can also send a photo of the phone or the old part on WhatsApp and we will match it.

Yes. Choose “Tools & equipment” to order screwdriver sets, multimeters, rework stations, diagnostic machines and more. See them in the shop.
