How long does a repair take?
Common jobs like screens and batteries are often finished in 30–60 minutes while you wait. Water damage and board-level work take longer. You get a time estimate after diagnosis.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Yes — 90 days on the parts we fit and the work we do. It covers faulty parts and workmanship on that repair.
Do you charge for diagnosis?
Not for obvious faults like a cracked screen. Complex faults and water damage carry a small diagnostic fee, and it's credited towards the repair if you go ahead.
What if the device can't be fixed?
Some devices are past saving. If yours is, you pay only the diagnostic fee where one applies, and we'll talk through data recovery or safe recycling.
